InvestLens ("we", "us") provides AI-written research reports on companies listed on the ASX and US exchanges, and change reports and alert emails when a company you follow publishes a material announcement or filing. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. General information, not advice

Reports are general information only. They do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and they are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. They contain no ratings or price targets. Before making an investment decision, consider whether the information is appropriate for you and seek advice from a licensed professional. See our Disclaimer.

3. AI-generated content

Reports and change reports are written by AI from third-party data and are not reviewed by a person before you see them. They can contain errors, omissions or out-of-date figures. Every report shows the date its data is from. Check important figures against primary sources such as company announcements and filings.

4. Your account

• Give accurate details, keep your password private, and use your account yourself.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• You must be 18 or older.

5. Plans and allowances

A free account can read every report in the library and create a limited number of new reports, shown in the app. We may set a daily limit on new reports across the site. We may change free allowances, and we will tell you about paid plans and their prices before you are charged anything.

6. Acceptable use

Don't:

• copy, scrape or download reports in bulk, or access the site with automated tools;
• resell, republish or redistribute reports, or present them as your own advice to others;
• try to get around allowances, limits or security, or interfere with the service;
• use the service unlawfully.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Content and data

Reports and the site belong to us or our licensors. You may use reports for your own personal or internal business research. Market data, filings and news come from third parties and may be subject to their terms.

8. Availability

We provide the service "as is" and may change, pause or stop parts of it. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or any report, including investment losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
